Nothing irks people like orphaned dog poop, left behind by unwitting dogs and unwilling people. Week'sBest Dogs recently brought you a story of a man who was so angry over a dog owner’s lack of due diligence that he rubbed her dog’s poop all over her head. Last week a man shot and killed a neighbor’s dog when the dog used his lawn as a toilet. One unbelievable “solution” is found in a video below. This is for real, folks.
